Effective October 22, 2026. These Terms are between you and Gluted, made and operated from Texas, USA (“we”). They govern your use of the Gluted app and this website. By using either, you agree to them.

Health and safety

Gluted provides general fitness information, not medical advice. Talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise program, and before using Gluted if you are pregnant, injured or have a health condition. Stop any move that hurts. Form Tracker is an aid for counting reps and catching common mistakes; it does not guarantee safe form, and you remain responsible for how you train.

Who can use Gluted

Gluted is not directed at children. Friends & crews, the optional social feature, is only for people aged 16 or older, and you confirm your age when you join it.

Subscriptions

Gluted Max is available as a monthly subscription for $9.99 per month or a yearly subscription for $49.99 per year. New subscribers may be offered an introductory offer on the yearly plan, such as a free trial or a reduced price for the first year; the App Store or Google Play shows the exact terms before you confirm, and the regular price applies after the offer.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google account when you confirm a purchase. Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel through your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or from You → Manage subscription in the app. If you buy a subscription during a free trial, any unused part of that trial is forfeited. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies.

Friends & crews

If you join, you pick a display name that others see. Choose one that is not offensive, misleading or someone else’s. We filter names, you can report or block anyone, and we may rename or remove a member whose name or behaviour breaks these rules, without notice. Everything about Friends & crews that touches your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Demonstrations and content

Exercise demonstrations are AI-generated and the demonstrators are fictional. The app, its programs, voices, demonstrations, designs and text belong to Gluted or its licensors and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

Limits of our responsibility

Gluted is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your training or from your use of the app, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for Gluted in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights the law does not let us limit.

Ending things

You can stop using Gluted at any time and delete your data from the app. We may suspend or end access to Friends & crews for anyone who breaks these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; the date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use Gluted after a change means you accept it. Questions: support@gluted.com.
