Effective October 22, 2026. Gluted is made and operated from Texas, USA. This policy covers the Gluted app and this website.

Gluted is built to keep your workout information close to you. We do not ask for an account or an email address. We do not run ads, sell data or track you for ads. Nothing about your training leaves your phone unless you join Friends & crews, which is optional and described below.

What stays on your device

Workouts, sets, measurements, photos and settings are stored on your device. Photos stay there unless you turn on backup to your own iCloud or Google Drive.

Camera and health data

Form Tracker processes camera frames on your device. Video is not recorded, stored or uploaded. GLUTED doesn't connect to Apple Health or Health Connect yet; if it does later, it will only with your permission, and health data will never be sold or used for advertising.

Purchases and reliability

Apple or Google handles purchases. RevenueCat receives purchase and subscription status to unlock Gluted Max. Sentry receives crash details, device model, OS and app version, configured without personal data. Notifications are scheduled locally on your phone.

Friends & crews (optional)

If you join Friends & crews, your phone makes up a random ID and sends our server a display name you choose or let the app generate, your confirmation that you are 16 or older, whether you use iPhone or Android, your phone’s time-zone offset (so a crew’s week ends at about the same time for everyone in it), and your weekly effort totals: minutes trained, sets and workouts for each week. That is all. No email, no measurements, no photos, no location, no exercise names or weights. Your friends see your display name, your weekly totals and any challenge between the two of you. If you join a weekly crew, the other members of that crew, about twenty people who train about as much as you, see your display name and your minutes for the week; your tier is shown only to you. Nobody else sees any of it. Friend codes expire after 7 days, and you can unfriend or block anyone. Weekly totals and crew results older than 12 weeks are deleted. Tap “Leave and delete my data” in the You tab and everything about you on the server is deleted right away; deleting the app’s data does the same once you have joined. The server runs on Cloudflare and keeps a one-way hash of your network address for a short time to limit abuse, never the address itself.

Website

This website itself uses no cookies or analytics. It collects nothing from you.

Children

Gluted is not directed at children. Friends & crews is only for people aged 16 or older.

Your choices

Everything the app holds about you is on your phone, so you control it directly: export it from You → Backup and data, or delete it there with Delete all my data. If you joined Friends & crews, “Leave and delete my data” removes everything about you from our server at once, and Delete all my data does the same. There is no account to close and nothing we keep that you cannot delete yourself.
